1-1 Private Sessions
One to one Pilates or ballet sessions are a great way for you to get some focused time on you, these sessions will be tailored to what you want to work on. I can do regular/semi regular sessions where I will develop a programme to help you with your goals or we can do a one off session to get some more detailed instruction on something specific you want to work on.
These sessions are 45 minutes long at a time that works for both of us and you will have access to the session recording afterwards. If you would be interested in booking a 1-1 please send me an email at [email protected] |

These classes are suitable for anyone who has some knowledge of Pilates and its fundamental principles. Maybe a little early for some but you can start half asleep and end up wide awake. We will gently wake up and energise the whole body through some stretching and strengthening movements, leaving you refreshed, motivated and ready for the day.

This intermediate class will focus understanding and enjoying moving our bodies through ballet. We will start with barre before moving on to some 'small space friendly' centre practice.
This class will develop technique, co-ordination, rhythm, posture and your movement vocabulary, all while enjoying the freedom of dancing, some beautiful music and connecting with others in an online setting. Suitable for those with some previous experience in ballet. |
