Morning PilatesWednesday 07.30-08.15 Friday 07.30-08.15
These classes are suitable for anyone who has some knowledge of Pilates and its fundamental principles. Maybe a little early for some but you can start half asleep and end up wide awake. We will gently wake up and energise the whole body through some stretching and strengthening movements, leaving you refreshed, motivated and ready for the day. Pyjamas welcome. |
BalletWednesday 09.00-10.00 Friday 09.30-10.30
This intermediate class will focus understanding and enjoying moving our bodies through ballet. We will start with barre before moving on to some 'small space friendly' centre practice. This class will develop technique, co-ordination, rhythm, posture and your movement vocabulary, all while enjoying the freedom of dancing, some beautiful music and connecting with others in an online setting. Suitable for those with some previous experience in ballet. |
