If you can't make the 'live' class time, you can still sign up for class and a recording will be made available for 48 hours to everyone that has paid for class. I hope this will help make classes more accessible as peoples timetables shift over the coming months.

Beginner and Gentle PilatesTHIS CLASS IS ON PAUSE AT THE MOMENT
For those new to Pilates. A beginners class focused on improving posture, strength and flexibility. A chance to think about and enjoy moving while working our way through some Pilates repertoire. Just about everyone can benefit from Pilates, regardless of physicality, age and fitness level. Int+ PilatesMonday 17.30-18.30
This class is suitable for anyone who has had some Pilates experience, understands the basic principles and wants to continue their practise and refine their technique. With some more challenging exercises making their way into the class, there will always be options for you to work at whatever level suits you. Morning PilatesWednesday 07.30-08.15 Friday 07.30-08.15
These classes are suitable for anyone who has some knowledge of Pilates and its fundamental principles. Maybe a little early for some but you can start half asleep and end up wide awake. We will gently wake up and energise the whole body through some stretching and strengthening movements, leaving you refreshed, motivated and ready for the day. Pyjamas welcome. |
BalletWednesday 09.00-10.00 Friday 09.30-10.30
This intermediate class will focus understanding and enjoying moving our bodies through ballet. We will start with barre before moving on to some 'small space friendly' centre practice. This class will develop technique, co-ordination, rhythm, posture and your movement vocabulary, all while enjoying the freedom of dancing, some beautiful music and connecting with others in an online setting. Suitable for those with some previous experience in ballet. Ballet ConditioningTHERE IS NO BALLET CONDITIONING RUNNING AT THE MOMENT
Using Pilates to inform and enhance our movement, we will put our work on the mat into practice through a ballet barre. This class comes with a nice balance of things to think about and opportunities to move around whatever space you have. 50:50 on the mat and at the barre. Suitable for anyone with a little Pilates and/or Ballet experience. |
